As a booster club president we are always searching for new, creative ways to generate funds to support our program. Most players and parents are tired of the "run of the mill" approaches such as subscription sales, pancake breakfasts and alike. This year the Fairport Girl's Basketball Booster Club aligned us with  YaYa's Yummy's and couldn't be happier with that choice.

In slightly over two weeks, our basketball program cleared over $700 in YaYa's sales that was deposited into our account...we far exceeded our target of $500 and due to our overall success will not have to do another fundraiser this year. Yaya's Yummys staff was excellent to work with and provided flexibility in the ordering process which made for satisfied customers. The accuracy with the orders was extraordinary which made the overall process for myself in handling over 100 orders a breeze.

I certainly recommend any and all athletic or scholastic groups looking to raise funds to work with Yaya's Yummys. Their very generous financial plan for fund raising is unmatched and allows programs to earn the much needed dollars to support their respective programs. Not only was it a pleasure to work with them, the products are fantastic and had numerous compliments from our customers!

I have been in the fundraising chair for the Friends of Pittsford Cheer Club for the past four years.  We recently decided to do one last fundraiser before going to Nationals this year.  We contacted Yaya’s Yummys, arranged to have a brief tasting session with the girls so they would know what the products tasted like, and then ran the fundraiser for one week.  I can say with full certainty, that this was one of the most convenient, easiest fundraisers we have ever done.  After receiving the orders, it only took two days to give us all of our products!  They were fantastic to work with, and provided the perfect amount of support.  The products were easy to sell, healthy and delicious.  We did not have to wait for any money to be returned to us-we collected it all upfront.  I purchased some of the products for myself and really enjoyed them.  The incentive program offered was also a great motivator!  Many thanks to Yaya's Yummys!

As co-advisor to the senior class at Bishop Kearney High School, I am constantly looking for fundraising opportunities that offer a high yield but are relatively effortless.  That is rather difficult to find.  Throughout the years, I have offered a wide variety of opportunities to our seniors.  This year we held a fundraiser through YaYa’s Yummys for our seniors to help defray the cost of their senior trip.  I have to say that our experience was an unqualified success!

Yaya met with us to share the information with a core group of seniors, providing samples for them to facilitate their sales knowledge.  The seniors were unanimous in their approval of the samples they were given. Many remarked that they would be their biggest customers!  Yaya’s presentation was thorough and concise.  She had all of the materials needed to ensure a successful experience for our students.

We sold the dip mixes for 10 days and yielded a profit of $925!  The students commented that people were eager to purchase them. They also noted that this is a unique fundraiser that hasn’t been “done to death” resulting in more interest and more sales.

Over-all this was an excellent opportunity for our students and an enjoyable experience for all.  We are eagerly anticipating working with YaYa’s Yummys again next year.
